Putin for the first time to Koersk since conquests through Ukraine: “We have to deal with Ukrainian prisoners as terrorists”

Russian President Vladimir Putin is visiting Koersk, the region where Ukrainian troops surprisingly crossed the border and the area last August. The Russians have recovered a lot of ground in recent days and Putin has again instructed the army on Wednesday to “free the entire region as quickly as possible.”
