The FIS boss explains the rise.

The activities of the race organizers are upset in the World Skiing World Championships. The scheduling of the track patrol was close to paying Kerttu Niskanen and Jasmmi Joensuu the final spot in the Parisprint.

The ski patrol skied through the sprint track so early that the track was re -clogged from the sleet before Niskanen was released by number 1.

Niskanen had to plow the track, and the same fate later fell to Joensuu as the other skiers on the team set off.

The Finnish team was angry. Fisis Country Skiing Competition Director Michal ponds communicated to Iltalehti’s explanation for the rise.

– Jury is aware of the challenging conditions today. The track patrol was sent as close to the women’s race as possible – in this case 5 minutes before the first competitor started. They came to the end when the first woman set off, Lamplot wrote.

Iltalehti ski expert Reijo Jylhä says that the track patrol has simply an assessment error. The difficult conditions were not sufficiently taken into account.

Deliberate veracity does not believe.

– That is the normal interval what was used. The Council of Judges was not just awake as the circumstances are changing all the time, the expert says.

The trail patrol and competitors could have been summarized.

– In principle, the trailing patrol must get out of the way before we start. But when it is a bad weather, the trailing patrol can ski almost ahead of the competitors. Then it just dodges when they come, Jylhä says.

The problem arose due to the rain.

– If it had been raining, then there would have been no problem.
