Easy Shepherd’s Pie

Minced meat sauce:

400 g of beef minced meat

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 carrots

2 stems of celery

1 tsp crushed tomato

1 tbsp tomato puree

1 dl of water

1 cube of meat broth

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon of thyme

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Mash:

400 g of frozen potato muscat (eg Oolantin)

4 dl of milk

In addition:

1 PSS frozen peas

1 dl grated cheese

1. Chop the onion and garlic nails.

2. Cube the carrots into small cubes and cut the celery into thin slices.

3. Brown the minced meat in a pan and add the onions, carrots and celery. Stir.

4. Add tomato crush, water, meat broth and spices. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes and prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions.

5. Pour the frozen peas over the bottom of the baking pan and the minced sauce over the peas.

6. Spoon the mashed potatoes over the minced sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

7. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
