Finns have three important factors in choosing bread. Half of those who responded to the consumer survey of bread information considers grain as the most important criterion.

According to a consumer survey of bread reporting, in addition to the cereal raw material, 44 % of consumers are one of the three major factors that influence the choice of bread and 44 % of the shelf life.
