Juliane confirms the news to the Norwegian news site Nettavisen. The model says she is doing well and asks the press to respect her privacy. She lived with Marius in Tønsberg, in the south of Norway.
The perhaps lesser known son of Mette-Marit is known as bad boy† The relationship between Marius and Juliane was also a bit controversial. She is an ex-Playboy model. He lived for a while in Los Angeles and London, where the two met. Marius would work as a car mechanic.
Marius is not officially part of the Norwegian royal family. Mette-Marit had Marius in a previous relationship, before she met Crown Prince Haakon.
