Joshua Kimmich is currently laboratories on a tendon irritation in the thigh. He probably fails for the top game against Stuttgart.
The midfield player and captain of the German national team visited his team-mate Thomas Müller’s film premiere on Tuesday evening. Under the title “Thomas Müller-one like none”, the 35-year-old was shot his own documentary. Many of his teammates showed up at the premiere in Munich, including Kimmich.
After the performance, Kimmich passed some journalists when leaving the cinema, and T-Online was also present. Asked whether it was enough for a mission on Friday, Kimmich just grimified the face and said: “I don’t think.”
Kimmich had to be injured in the 4-0 Bundesliga victory against Eintracht Frankfurt last weekend in the first half. On Monday, FC Bayern announced that he had suffered a stimulation of sight in the left thigh. The club failed to see whether and how long Kimmich fails. In the message it was only said that Kimmich had to “step shorter for the time being”. Now it is clear: at least for the game against Stuttgart, it is probably not enough.
Kimmich is one of the permanent favorites among the German record champions. Almost every game is on the pitch over the entire distance. A long failure is therefore likely to hurt Bavaria. After the game against Stuttgart on March 5, the round of 16 in the Champions League against Bayer Leverkusen will be pending for the Munich final. At the latest then you would like to welcome Kimmich back on the square.
