Bütema AG takes over Wedeko GmbH, announced the provider of retail solutions based in Bietigheim-Bissingen on Tuesday. The takeover, which includes both the eleven employees and the existing customer: inside of the company from Erbach, will be carried out on March 1st.
Not only the customer: inner trunk and the employees: inside of Wedeko are taken over, the brand itself is also to be continued at the Erbach location. This decision was made to maintain the existing customer relationships and to optimally look after the regional market.
