Live elections Germany | BSW does not get electoral threshold, free for German coalition CDU/CSU and SPD

German politics makes a jerk to the right. The combination CDU/CSU wins Sunday’s elections, and gets 28.5 percent of the votes. All eyes were aimed at the extreme right -wing AfD, which appears to get 19.5 percent of the votes. That is a little less expected, because in advance the party was more often highlighted above 20 percent. Party SPD of current Chancellor Olaf Scholz shrinks considerably and has to do with 16 percent. Follow all developments in our live blog.
