As if the Berlin Wall is still there: the last poll for German elections shows supreme AfD in the East

On Sunday the Germans vote for a new National Parliament. A last large poll by Yougov indicates that the extreme right -wing AfD is making great progress and that especially in the east of the country. If the result corresponds to the calculations of the polling agency, then only one viable coalition is possible. Is that one with the AfD?
