The hit delicacy has raised 900 % of the sales of Amaretto liqueur.
The growth of liqueur sales also brought an invitation to Kaivoluoto to visit the Amaretto factory in Italy.
– The call was no surprise because I knew there was a lot of liqueurs all over Finland. Of course, I didn’t know the quantities, but it is really a lot in 900 percent.
The idea behind the development of a drink is the silence of restaurants early in the year.
– It’s nice to note that the gang has been to restaurants. Even if you have been drinking two Vantaa buns, it is more sales than nothing, says Kaivoluo.
The Drink’s recipe is simple: a sweet bitter martistle with cardamom cream.
In Vantaa, with a bunny:
- 500 CL Amaretto liqueur
- 4 dl whipped cream
- Cardamom
- Powdered sugar
Due to work rushes, the restaurant entrepreneur does not have time to take the invitation to the Italian plant.
– Maybe you can get there later. But it’s really sweet that the invitation came.
