Sean “Diddy” Combs, who sits in custody due to serious allegations of sexual violence, sex trade and organized crime and waiting for his process. Reason: Combs is to be treated so hard from a purely racist motivation. The authorities want to see him falling just because he is “a black successful man”.

In the course of this, Diddy’s team submitted some documents on Tuesday, February 18, to which the judge is asked to dismiss an indictment point of the US prosecutor. It is about the accusation against Diddy for “transports to exercise prostitution”, also known as “man act”.

What is the “man act”?

The “man act”-previously under the title “White-Slave Traffic Act” in 1910-stands against prostitution, immoral and human trafficking, in particular the trade for prostitution. In the United States, prostitution is largely prohibited – with the exception of Nevada. Every person who participates in prostitution, be it the customer, the prostitute or the intermediary: In, can be pursued and punished for this.

According to P. Diddy, this law has so far been used exclusively against African Americans: inside. Combs also mentions Chuck Berry and Boxer Jack Johnson as examples that were both brought down by this law. It is no coincidence for Diddy that both men are also African -American. As a counter -example, the unadorned music mogul lists the former New York governor Eliot Spitzer. This returned to an escort scandal in 2008 because of his entanglement, but was not held accountable.

This is how Combs now wants to defend himself

“No other person, and certainly not a white one, has ever been understood under the white slave traffic act for hiring male companions from another state,” says Combs according to “TMZ” in the documents. The 55-year-old feels treated unfairly because of his skin color, feels “persecuted for behavior that remains unpunished”.

P. Diddy is accused of hiring male sex workers in the course of his notorious “freak-off” parties. However, his lawyers insist on the fact that the prosecutors “mainly based on claims that Mr. Combs and two of his long -time friends sometimes have a third party – a male companion – into their sexual relationship”.
