Farmers’ organization LTO has presented a plan to get the Netherlands from the nitrogen lock. In it she appealed to the expertise of law firm Houthoff. It is a legal plan, in which there are no objectives for farmers yet to reduce nitrogen emissions. “We want to do that, but to take that step it is important that entrepreneurs get a permit,” says LTO chairman Ger Koopmans.
