The AEX raced this afternoon at record levels above 950 points, but still drew a 0.16% loss on Tuesday, at 947.06 points. Also the enthusiasm with which Wall Street started quickly. The S&P 500 Index eventually won 0.2%, the Nasdaq fed 0.1% and the Dow Jones closed a fraction higher. In the main funds in the Netherlands, the bank shares ING and ABN AMRO did well thanks to the recent increase in bonds.
