Olly is the winner of the Sanremo Festival 2025. The proclamation came at the end of the final evening conducted by Carlo Conti together with Alessia Marcuzzi And Alessandro Cattelan. Olly, in his second Sanremo, had brought to the race Balorda nostalgiawhile in the evening dedicated to duets and covers he had been accompanied by Goran Bregović and the Wedding & Funeral Band for a touching interpretation of The fisherman by Fabrizio De André.
On the podium Lucio Corsi And Brunori sas and to complete the top 5 were Fedez And Simone Cristicchi. As the winner of the Sanremo Festival, Olly will be able to represent Italy by the Italian area at the Eurovision Song Contest which will be held in Basel, Switzerland, from 13 to 17 May 2025.
