There may be a bacterium that can be dangerous in different types of Filet Americain of the Ladessa company Ladessa from Oosterhout. It is about the STEC bacterium, a kind of E.coli, which discovered the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) during tests in certain products.
The bacterium can be especially dangerous for the health of the elderly, pregnant women, young children and people with a weakened immune system. The NVWA advises not to eat the products.
