The tips of coach Rondelli for cadets/students, juniors, promises and seniors who train for the cross season and in particular for the Italians in Cassino

From the beginning of November we started the preparation for the first part of the cross season by publishing two training tables every week. A specific to the running for the Youth Sector of the Cadet and Students categories with five weekly workouts. The other for the subsequent junior categories, promises and seniores with six weekly sessions. After completing the first two months of training from the last six weeks we started a second period of preparation for the country race which will end on the weekend of Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 March with The Italian cross championships scheduled in Cassino. So here are the fourteenth training tables that will start from next Monday 10 February to move forward until Sunday 16 February.
