“With such amount of drugs, we must take into account an increased risk of criminal activities,” says Mayor Halsema. The presence of the large sums of cash and finding the airsoft device are also mentioned as a reason for closure.
“The presence of a trade amount of drugs can lead to insecurity for local residents due to nuisance, fire hazard, rip deals, burglary and the attraction of the home on criminal activities.” The house must be closed for at least three months.
