Former DFB trainer Britta Carlson was supposed to make her debut on the Cologne sidelines on Saturday. But nothing becomes of it. The duel against food is relocated.
The game between the SGS Essen and 1. FC Köln in the women’s Bundesliga fell victim to the weather. Shortly before the planned start at 12 p.m., the German Football Association (DFB) announced that the field in the stadium on Hafenstrasse was unplayable. The lawn is frozen.
A possible catch -up date has not yet been determined. For both teams it would have been the start of the competitive year 2025. Britta Carlson’s debut on the sidelines of 1. FC Köln is therefore shifting.
The former assistant coach of the German national women’s team took over at the table at the beginning of the year. The next game of Cologne women will take place on Friday (from 6.30 p.m. at DAZN and Magentasport) at home against VfL Wolfsburg (fourth place).
