A car ended up on the track around eight in Helmond on Wednesday morning. As a result, there were no trains between Eindhoven and Helmond. That lasted until about a quarter to nine. The car drove the track at the transition on the Verlengde Stationsstraat in Helmond.
The car was taken off the track around half past eight. Both sides of the railway crossing were closed for this by the police.
According to a bystander, the motorist thought he would drive to Eindhoven when he struck on the track. The railway crossing is now open again.
