The American online giant Amazon is now also selling correction glasses in Germany.
With the start of Amazon Optics, the online retailer now offers a selection of versions of brands such as Adidas, Rodenstock, Hugo and Tommy Hilfiger, which are sent with glasses in the desired strength, Amazon said on Tuesday. The individualized glasses are to be sent within four to eleven working days.
“We know that over 40 million people in Germany should already wear or wear glasses to improve their eyesight. However, buying glasses can be a very complicated and tedious undertaking, ”said Rocco Bräuniger, Country Manager Amazon.de. “That is why we have created an easy way for our customers to buy glasses with or without presumption conveniently and easily.”
