The opposition parties reacted divided. “The administrative agreement is very vague,” said one council member. “Investments are mentioned, such as a new cultural center, but concrete amounts are missing. Nevertheless, we appreciate the call for openness and we will contribute constructively to make Zwevegem more beautiful.”
In any case, the management team wants to give priority to a listening ear and concrete policy, with the aim of a safer and more attractive Zwevegem for all residents.
