Tel Aviv – Israel is sending Yuval Raphael to the Eurovision Song Contest in Basel this year. Raphael is one of the survivors of the mass murder that Hamas committed at the Nova music festival on October 7, 2023. The 24-year-old singer won the national final on Wednesday evening The Next Star and may continue to Basel.
