Incredibly tense: Arjen Lubach has demanded from RTL that his name cannot be mentioned in the ‘co-made possible’ videos, reports Tina Nijkamp. “He enforced this.”
Arjen Lubach is apparently a bit ashamed of his commercial switch to RTL 4. The presenter can be seen there from March with his program LUBACH, but it apparently affects his ego a bit that he is surrounded, and probably also interrupted, by advertising . He has demanded something very remarkable from RTL.

RTL programs are invariably preceded by a so-called billboardwhich indicates that that program is ‘made possible’ by a paying sponsor. That will also happen to Arjen Lubach, but the presenter is dealing with it somewhat frenetically. It makes him uncomfortable.
TV authority Tina Nijkamp has discovered in advertiser documents that Arjen has made demands. It contains a warning: ‘ATTENTION: modified voice-over.’

With Arjen it will soon not be ‘LUBACH is made possible by’, but: ‘The late evening is made possible by’.
Tina thinks it’s hilarious. “Remarkable detail: Arjen Lubach enforced an adapted billboard voice-over during his contract negotiations. His name SHOULD not be mentioned,” she wrote analysis channel.

What does it cost to help make LUBACH possible, or in this case: the late evening, actually? “There are still billboard packages for sale!
