Desigual announces its second collaboration with visionary American fashion designer Collina Strada, available in all stores from February 20th. With this move, the Spanish brand further enhances its image through transformative collaborations with designers who make a difference and strengthens its international presence with a strong presence in markets such as France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico and Poland.
Desigual’s new collaboration with Collina Strada presents a collection where abstract prints seamlessly merge with nostalgic backgrounds, evoking a retro aesthetic that’s fresher than ever.
INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS THROUGH INNOVATION
Desigual stands out for its collaboration with the pioneers of the fashion industry. The second collaboration with Collina Strada is a natural evolution of the first – starring model and internet phenomenon Jazzelle and partly generated using artificial intelligence – which had a huge impact on the press and social media.
For this occasion, she presents a collection that brings both naturalness and innovation, with the use of environmentally friendly materials and, again, using artificial intelligence to achieve a unique and innovative result. Model Delilah Belle, sister of Amelia Gray, the face of the AW24 and SS25 seasons, is portrayed as the perfect embodiment of the cool and carefree girl who loves to experiment with all her facets.
COLLINA STRADA, A UNIQUE VISION
Collina Strada, founded by Hillary Taymour, is a fashion brand known for its versatile and unique designs that combine limitless creativity with a commitment to sustainability.
Originally from Los Angeles, she found her main sources of inspiration in the animals and nature around her. Her goal is to provide a transparent space in fashion through garments created for ethical consumption – a principle that shares all her collaborations and serves as the designer’s statement of intent.
The creativity, fluidity and play with volumes that abound in her designs are her distinguishing feature in the fashion world, offering interesting proposals ranging from prints and unique shapes to models selected for the catwalk and front row guests range (their last SS25 show featured talent such as Paramore singer Hayley Williams).
