Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant’s Notting Hill won’t get a sequel. PDO
In Notting Hill, released in 1999, Julia Roberts plays movie star Anna Scott, who falls in love while visiting London Hugh Grant’s to play William Thacher.
The film was a huge success and one of the blockbusters of both Grant’s and Roberts’ careers.
However, there hasn’t been a sequel and there isn’t even a screenwriter coming Richard Curtis that’s how I planned it.
According to Curtis, the couple would have broken up in the sequel. However, Roberts nixed the idea as he didn’t like the script. yt.
Grant recently said in an interview with Vanity Fair that he does not base his character.
– When I’m channel surfing and this movie comes across, I just wonder why my character doesn’t have edge and strength, Grant said.
