Lunch Garden files for bankruptcy, but wants to keep 42 of 62 restaurants open through a restart: “Very tough decision”

The restaurant chain Lunch Garden has filed for bankruptcy, but there will be a restart for 42 of the 62 restaurants with a new shareholder. The management announced this in a press release on Monday. The new shareholder will be the Antwerp investment company CIM Capital.
