The year 2024 was a challenging but productive period for Spazios – a leading real estate company in Buenos Aires with more than 20 years of experience. We launched important projects such as Lumia and Vivant in Villa Urquiza and Núñez, in addition to delivering Spazio Golf and Spazio Palms in Tres de Febrero. In numbers, so far we have developed more than 160,000 square meters and delivered more than 1,000 units, allowing 300 families to become owners.
Last year’s challenges were diverse. In an environment marked by changes in the Urban Code and high construction costs, we had to adjust to new regulations and manage costs in an inflationary context and maintain our competitiveness in a constantly evolving market. To overcome the situation, it was key to strengthen our planning capacity, optimizing resources and actively listening to the market needs with the aim of meeting our clients’ expectations at all times.
2025 represents a year of new projects. Our projections are aimed at consolidation and growth. We plan to open more developments, expand our value proposition and remain focused on offering innovative and accessible products to our customers.
Within this framework, we are excited to launch a real estate development in a sector of high interest in the Caballito neighborhood, as well as a large-scale project in Villa Real, in the Devoto area. In addition, we plan to launch the second building in the Vivanti line, designed to offer essential amenities and low maintenance costs, reflecting our commitment to efficiency and the distinctive design that characterizes us.
Regarding the country’s economic outlook for 2025, we anticipate that it will continue to present challenges but we trust in a more dynamic real estate market thanks to the consolidation of mortgage and intermediate loans, which could generate new opportunities for the middle class, the segment to which we direct our developments.
We are evaluating the possibility of expanding our presence in other neighborhoods of the City of Buenos Aires, as well as exploring opportunities in the northern and southern corridors of Greater Buenos Aires. In addition, we plan to increase the workforce in key areas to accompany the development and expansion of our projects in the coming year.
