Nine beaches near the Australian city of Sydney are closed after the discovery of “mysterious balls”, ‘The Sydney Morning Herald’ reports today. These are beaches just north of the metropolis, including the prominent Manly Beach. In October last year, thousands of black balls were also found on the beaches east of Sydney.
