An oil tanker believed to be part of the so-called Russian ‘shadow fleet’ has been towed to a German port. The ship was adrift in the Baltic Sea. According to Germany, the tanker Eventin is one of the cargo ships with which Russia circumvents the Western price ceiling on its oil. The ship had 99,000 tons of fuel on board.
