Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı made a surprise move regarding the coach. Adalı had a meeting with the President of the Turkish Football Federation, İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, to appoint the Italian coach of the National Team, Vincenzo Montella, as the head of the team.

According to Takvim’s report, it was learned that Adalı offered Hacıosmanoğlu at the summit to have Montella coach both Turkey and Beşiktaş, but Hacıosmanoğlu rejected this offer.
