Fossil and sustainable energy giants, the fishing industry, maritime shipping, The Hague, Brussels and the North Sea countries, nature interest groups and a typical national phenomenon: an advisory body called the North Sea Consultation, within which Dutch stakeholders sit at the consultation table until they weigh an ounce.
