Serdal Adalı, the new president of Beşiktaş Club, stated in his new year message that they will work to carry the black-and-white club to a “bright future”.
In the message published on the club’s website, Adalı mentioned that 2024 is a year in which black and white live together and made the following statements:
“As we left the year behind, we all experienced a democratic extraordinary general assembly process with elections. Even in our most difficult times, more than 13 thousand congress members came to the ballot box and supported our Beşiktaş. We showed a great example of solidarity in bad days and gave a message of unity and solidarity, with our general assembly being Turkey’s largest I am proud and happy to have been elected as the chairman of our great Beşiktaş in our general assembly, which we held with the highest participation in our glorious history. I would like to express my sincere gratitude once again to our valuable members who attended our general assembly and supported Beşiktaş. A brand new era has begun in Beşiktaş. Do not doubt that we will work with all our strength to carry our club from difficult days to bright futures, full of success and happiness that every member of our community deserves. We will carry it to a beautiful future together. We will step into 2025 with these feelings and thoughts; I hope it will bring health, success, peace and happiness to our athletes, coaches, technical teams, employees and all Beşiktaş fans.”
