Savings accounts at ING Belgium yield less: new interest rate reduction from January

ING Belgium will reduce the interest on its savings accounts from 1 January. The bank announced this on Friday. In particular, customers who still hold on to old ING accounts, such as the Orange Booklet, do not have much left. The interest on the regular ING Savings Account will increase from a basic interest rate of 0.50 percent and a fidelity premium of 1.75 percent to 0.25 and 1.50 percent respectively.
