No, our King Willem-Alexander has not exactly become the ratings king of this Christmas. Never before has a Christmas speech from our monarch scored so low. At 1 p.m., a total of only 828,000 people watched NPO1, NPO2, RTL4 and SBS6, and 385,000 watched the repeat at 6 p.m. Still just over a million, but compared to his first Christmas speech, there are one million fewer viewers.
