AQTAU – The crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane in Kazakhstan has killed 38 people, authorities said. There were 62 passengers and five crew members on board. At least two children are among the 29 survivors, some of whom were seriously injured. One of them is said to be an 11-year-old girl from Germany.
