Does André Hazes Jr. leave Holland Zing Hazes after the last monstrous atrocity of his mother Rachel Hazes? According to Yvonne Coldeweijer, that is difficult. “There are tons of fines.”

Rachel Hazes’ family terror crosses all boundaries this Christmas. She summoned her son André Hazes Jr. on Christmas Eve, purely and solely to spoil his Christmas fun with sister Roxeanne. Should artists like Jeroen van der Boom still want to be associated with her or should they stop with Holland Zingt Hazes?

Razor sharp

André himself is still included in the programming of the annual Hazes concerts. “Discussions have been held between André’s lawyers and La Kroketta recently and they were razor sharp. The concerts of Holland sings Hazes are starting!”, writes hazologist Yvonne Coldeweijer on her channel.

“The intention is for André Hazes to be on stage in March to honor his father and at the same time to line his mother’s pockets, but there is a very urgent conflict going on.”

Junior

It concerns the junior issue. “Kroketta has informed André that as an artist he can no longer use his own name, but can only call himself ‘André Hazes junior’, because she owns the official rights to the name ‘André Hazes’. I already brought that up 1.5 years ago, so you already knew that.”

“But what’s going on? She wishes that all communications surrounding the HZH concert would therefore be added ‘junior’, but André refuses to cooperate with this. He thinks that if he admits to this for just that event, he will no longer have a leg to stand on in a later lawsuit.”

A few tons

Logical, says Yvonne. “A judge would then wonder why he temporarily changed his own name for this concert and that of course seems less credible. This makes him look even weaker than Waylon’s penis. So he stands his ground and refuses to call himself ‘junior’!”

Why doesn’t he just get out? “Not acting will earn him a fine of no less than A FEW TONS according to the contract he concluded with Kroketta and Medialane. Holy shit!”

Stand by

There is no point in the case, Yvonne knows. “However, the lawyers were unable to reach an agreement during the discussions and both parties are standing their ground. Hence the drastic measure taken by La Kroketta; the summons. This time, not Rox, but André will have to appear in front of the fence in the battle against his mother.”

“What a sweet Christmas gift from a mother to her child. Having a summons delivered on Christmas Eve… Those are pranks, you should be called La Kroketta for that. Ho ho ho, Merry Xmas!”

Thousands of euros

A little later, Yvonne adds that Rachel offers her son one way out when it comes to the name issue. “Perhaps a funny detail because this is what the negotiations were about: Kroketta allows André to use his own name, but only if he pays her thousands of euros for a license, hahaha wow.”

What does she think of André now calling his mother his ‘father’? “André finally realizes that he was conceived as a money machine.”
