The US pop star celebrated his 35th birthday with an extensive party and apparently revived the recently ended “Eras” tour as the theme of the celebration.
Swifties everywhere
35 years of Taylor Swift: On Friday, December 13th, Swift celebrated her new year of life. Not only did she allow herself to be pampered by boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce (according to “Billboard,” he showered her with flower arrangements worth the equivalent of around 169,000 euros), she also surrounded herself with friends to celebrate. But to give the whole thing the right framework, she probably chose the “Eras” tour motto as the superstructure for her party. At least this is what the photos of the party suggest.
Friend and professional soccer player Brittany Mahomes shared event photos on her Instagram account in which she can be seen wearing a look very similar to Taylor Swift’s 2008 album “Fearless.” But her husband, Kelce’s Chiefs colleague Patrick Mahomes, can also be spotted in the photo gallery in a suit that is reminiscent of the dancer styles that Swift’s crew wore live for the 2024 song “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart.” The birthday girl herself seems to want to bow once again to her “Reputation” record (2017) with her black mini Balmain dress.
Also visible in Mahomes’ photo dump: Lyndsay Bell, wife of Chiefs player Blake Bell, in an outfit that looks inspired by Swift’s “Lover” era (2019). And Ashley Avignone also winks at Swift’s “Reputation” phase with her snake around her neck.

Friendship bracelets were a must
As with the “Eras” tour, friendship bracelets were distributed for all guests at Swift’s private party, according to “Billboard.” However, it remains unclear whether these were also exchanged with each other.
On December 8, Taylor Swift concluded her 149-stop tour with one final celebratory show in Vancouver. The “Eras” world tour, which started in March 2023 and brought in sales of over two billion US dollars (equivalent to 1.9 billion euros), became the highest-grossing tour of all time.
