Three other plaintiffs accuse P. Diddy of sexual abuse

Three other plaintiffs want to defend themselves against P. Diddy in court.

The allegations against P. Diddy aka Sean Combs continue. On Thursday (December 12), three more lawsuits against the producer were filed in the Supreme Court in New York, NBC News reported.

Accusations from the recent past

The three men, all represented by the same lawyer Thomas Giuffra, accuse Diddy of rape and sexual abuse. In the separately filed lawsuits, each alleges that Combs gave them adulterated drinks and then assaulted them. The big difference from most previous allegations is that these incidents are said to have happened in the near past, between 2019 and 2022.

Giuffra said in an interview with NBC News that the way Combs attacked her was “very consistent, shockingly consistent, really consistent. He gave them the drinks, which made them unconscious.” When the men came to, “Diddy raped them,” the lawyer said.

In two of the cases, the men say they were lured to a hotel by Diddy and his entourage, while the third claims the incident happened at a party at Combs’ mansion in the Hamptons.

Victim awarded $2,500 after filmed rape

One of the plaintiffs claims he met Combs at a Manhattan nightclub. He was later invited to an “exclusive after party” at the Park Hyatt Hotel. The lawsuit goes on to say that Diddy then arrived with the drinks. Combs then led the man to a sofa in the bedroom, where he fell unconscious. The man woke up just as he was being raped by Combs, reports NBC News. The victim noticed that two people, a man and a woman, were sitting on the bed and filming the attack. Later, the man who recorded everything allegedly gave the victim $2,500, which was believed to have come from Diddy.

These allegations are just a few of many that P. Diddy has faced since last year. It all started with Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassandra Ventura, who accused and accused him of sexual assault and also sex trafficking. Combs denied the allegations but settled with Ventura for an undisclosed sum.

Since this incident, the lawsuits and accusations against the musician have piled up and led to his arrest in September 2024. Diddy has tried to get bail three times so far, but his application has been rejected each time.

Diddy’s lawyers told TMZ about the latest allegations: “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictitious lawsuits against him.”
