The marketing company The Independents continues to expand internationally and takes over the Paris-based PR agency Lucien Pages Communications.
Lucien Pages’ communications agency, founded in 2006, is based in Paris and New York. She is best known for the big fashion budgets that make headlines during fashion weeks – such as Rabanne, Emilio Pucci, Schiaparelli, Versace, Max Mara and JW Anderson. Now she joins the group The Independents, founded in 2017 by the agencies K2 and Karla Otto.
“I have known the founders of The Independents, Isabelle and Olivier Chouvet, personally for many years,” said Lucien Pagès, founder of Lucien Pagès Communication, in the statement. This connection will not change the organization or structure that I have built with a particular philosophy. This synergy will allow us to realize ever more ambitious and innovative projects while remaining true to our values and our commitment to our customers and my teams.”
The Independents is a global marketing and communications group for luxury brands. It already includes Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Béatrice, Bureau Betak & Bureau Future, Ctzar, Inca Productions, Karla Otto, Kitty Events, k2, Kennedy, Kitten Production, Lefty, Prodject, Sunshine, The Qode and, in the future, Lucien Pagès Communication.
Its strength comes from an international presence from Milan, Paris, London, Munich, Barcelona, New York, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah. The Independents also recently raised a $400 million capital raise from FL Entertainment and TowerBrook Capital Partners.
