Dacia DUSTER SOUL OF DAKAR, design

The one-off Duster Soul of Dakar celebrates the Romanian company’s most ambitious challenge in the world of motorsport with a high-impact livery created by the Dacia style centre. The style and colors entirely reflect the official ones used by Sandrider, the prototype at the starting line on January 3rd with the dream team formed by Sébastien Loeb, Nasser Al-Attiyah and Cristina Gutiérrez. The lines remain the clean and essential ones of the New Duster, enriched however by a range of accessories designed to make the model even more versatile: from the various light points scattered throughout the passenger compartment, to the hooks for hanging bags, telephone holders, cup holders and even tablet holders. for the rear seats. On the exterior, the Duster’s off-road vocation is exasperated with hints at the world of off-roading and the most extreme adventure thanks to details such as the roof bars with travel trunk, soft and waterproof bag, and even a shovel available. The Dacia Sandrider which inspires the Duster Soul of Dakar is designed to race in the FIA ​​Ultimate T1+ category: it is a prototype 4,140 meters long, 2,290 meters wide and 1.81 meters high, powered by a 360-litre twin-turbo V6 engine. HP and maximum torque of 539 Nm, with all-wheel drive and 6-speed sequential gearbox; to power it, a sustainable fuel made available by the official partner Aramco.
