Wietse de Geyter, a Flemish man living in Georgia, has been released after two days of captivity. He was arrested during pro-European protests in the city of Tbilisi. Heavily armed officers took him away, despite the fact that, according to eyewitnesses, he kept quiet. After a detention of exactly 48 hours, he can now return home.
