The cross-country skiing world cup continued over the weekend in Lillehammer, Norway.
The World Cup, on the other hand, will take place in February-March in Trondheim, and on Friday Trondheim’s race organizers published a video on Tiktok, popular with young people, in which the country’s skiing stars answer light questions, such as what they must always have in the fridge.
One of the questions and answers clearly raised the most eyebrows. Skiers were asked what is the wildest rumor they have heard about themselves.
– There is nothing suitable for this… a ski star Johannes Klæbo28, said.
– I heard that I had had sex Lindsey Vonn’s with at the Pyeongchang Olympics. Of course that’s not true. Or is it? Of course not, Klæbo said, grinning.
The Pyeongchang Olympics were held in February 2018. Klæbo started dating his partner To Pern Dosvik with in 2017.
Vonn, 40, won bronze in the downhill at those Olympics. Klæbo won three golds in South Korea (sprint, pair sprint, relay).
Vonn, who ended her career in 2019, made a return to the slopes at the weekend. Vonn has to pick up speed from the lower level competitions in order to get to the World Cup later.
On Saturday in Lillehammer, Klæbo was first in the free sprint. He was eighth in Sunday’s combined race.
In the video of the World Cup organizers in Trondheim, the skier also said that he must always have clementines in the fridge.
