“It is good that domestic violence is actually punished and not trivialized. Many such files are usually dismissed, this time a clear signal was given with a suspended prison sentence and fine. Violence against women is not allowed, even if it was one blow.
For my client this is a step forward. She also receives compensation and that is symbolically important. This was of course just a side file: The big trial for the double murder of children and the attempted murder of her has yet to come.
