Marc Overmars (50) accepts his suspension imposed by the world football association FIFA for inappropriate behavior. Antwerp’s director of football affairs will no longer appeal the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS). Overmars will no longer be active at and for the reigning national champions of Belgium until mid-November.
