On Sunday evening (5:30 p.m.) Borussia Dortmund welcomes 1899 Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga. Before the game, BVB coach Edin Terzic answered questions from journalists. The state of health of Gregor Kobel is likely to be of particular interest.

+++ Here we go +++
BVB head coach Edin Terzic is here. The barrage of questions can begin.
+++ Who is missing from BVB? +++
As in the 1-1 draw against PSV Eindhoven in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16, Gregor Kobel will be missing from BVB. According to “Sky” information, the keeper cannot be used. It is not the first time that the Swiss has had to miss the game with a muscle injury. BVB advisor Matthias Sammer was surprised after the game against Eindhoven: “I’m surprised too. You have to analyze the causes. It happens a little too often with Gregor.”
Alexander Meyer is likely to be between the posts again as a replacement. Central defender Niklas Süle is also questionable. The 28-year-old was recently ill.
+++ Dortmund urgently needs another win +++
BVB was only able to win one of the last three games in the Bundesliga (3-0 against SC Freiburg). However, Edin Terzic’s team couldn’t get beyond a draw against Heidenheim (0-0) and VfL Wolfsburg (1-1). Borussia Dortmund also had to settle for a draw in the Champions League (1-1 against PSV Eindhoven). In the league, BVB is fighting for fourth place in the table with RB Leipzig.
This would entitle them to move into the group stage of the Champions League at the end of the season. However, the “Red Bulls” only have one point less than BVB before the 23rd matchday and could put the black and yellow under a lot of pressure with a win over FC Bayern a day earlier.
