An arch of a bridge under construction collapsed on Wednesday at a construction site in Lochem, the Netherlands, in the east of the country. Two men were killed. One of the fatalities has Belgian nationality. The other is of Polish descent, according to the Dutch labor inspectorate. These are construction workers who were at work.
