The festival is organized in the former bus depot, which is currently being converted into an innovation center of Greenwise Campus. This will be the place where various companies join forces and focus on ‘smartening and greening’ the region. “They aim to bring business and education together. That is why this is the perfect place for this festival, because it fits in well with Innofuture.”
Today only high school students were welcome, but tomorrow everyone can be amazed by the technology, as Meijer says. “It’s not only fun for the children, but adults can also learn a lot here.” In addition, tomorrow is also the regional final of the Lego League, where groups of children compete against each other with self-built and programmed Lego vehicles.
