With competitions in mind, the two training at the gym updated their situation by saying in a video published in mid-January that the development of results has been fast.
Stuck and Kurola snapped are practicing Jari “Bull” Mentulan in the gym. The duo is familiar to the Finnish bodybuilding legend.
– They are really nice boys. Nothing bad to say. I’m not going to criticize them, Mentula says.
– But yes, the boys also have a responsibility here that they have to bear.
Mentula himself has thought carefully about what he tells the public about his use of anabolic steroids.
– If I were to post on social media what substances and quantities I used in my own career, but I would emphasize that people should not do this under any circumstances, someone would still follow.
– I’ve also been told that why I don’t tell everything in public, here’s the reason. If you do a stunt on a motorcycle on a closed circuit and you are told that no one should try it under any circumstances, someone will try it on a normal street and the consequences can be terrible.
Mentula says that if, for example, a young person wants to come to his office to discuss steroids, the door is open.

The doctor told Mentula 2019 that there may not be more than a year to live due to heart failure, but the treatment worked.
Now he is able to train again in the gym to the fullest and lead a normal everyday life.
Mentula no longer uses steroids – except for testosterone replacement therapy. The procedures are performed at Tampere University Hospital.
– Why do I need steroids anymore when I’m not competing? I do remember the doctor’s words. The forecast was 1–3 years. Here we are already in extra time. I like madness, but not stupidity.
Mentula weighs 125-130 kilos, so there is still some muscle left.
– I’m still different from the basic Finnish man, although of course I won’t be able to reach the strength levels I was at before my health problems in 2019, but that’s perfectly ok, says Bull.
– I have nothing left to prove.
