Veterinary students want to bring out the stories of animals using pictures of underwear.

The third-year students of veterinary medicine in Helsinki have published a traditional charity calendar. This year, too, students pose in daring underwear photos with animals.
The theme of the year is “Stories behind the animals”.
– We chose the theme because we want to use the stories in the calendar to highlight, among other things, the responsible breeding of cats compared to population cats and to highlight a few responsible associations that work with rescue animals. Without forgetting, of course, the funny things that often happen to animals, the creators of the calendar say in the press release.
The students have published small previews of the filming on social media. In one picture, students pose with snakes.

The proceeds of the calendar go to charity.
– This year’s donation target is the Finnish Animal Protection Association (SEY), because we wanted the proceeds to be distributed as widely as possible across Finland to support different actors after the corona years, the authors say.
