MINSK – Belarus is ready for negotiations between neighboring Russia and Ukraine over the war they have been embroiled in since Thursday. The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that preparations at the meeting site in Belarus, near the border with Ukraine, have been completed and only the delegations from both countries are waiting.
